Renat Nasretdinov

Renat has extensive experience in implementing M&A transactions in the technology sector. Prior to joining Aspring Capital, he worked for more than 18 years at PJSC VimpelCom, where, as Vice President, he oversaw corporate development, strategy and M&A.

Among the key projects with his participation are the sale of the VimpelCom tower company to Service Telecom, the purchase of PJSC VimpelCom from VEON, the development of cloud and AdTech through a number of M&A transactions, as well as the launch of a corporate venture fund. Renat is a laureate of the "Top 1000 Russian Managers" rating and is one of the leading leaders in the field of business development according to Kommersant.
